We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and motivated Account Executive to help continue to drive our revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and managing opportunities from initiation through close. This position is a full-cycle field sales role, that is responsible for developing relationships and driving opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Newforma solutions.
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect or customer.
- Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and tailor presentations to address specific customer challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and their features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our SaaS solutions.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Manage and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to align strategies and maximize customer value.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Located in EMEA with the ability to travel up to 25%.
- Fluent French speaker preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if dealing with international clients.
- Established track record of successful SaaS or software sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience working with or selling to Construction, Architecture and Engineering organizations.
