We’re seeking an SEO Manager to focus on content strategy, keyword optimization, growing our organic presence, and LLM visibility across multiple markets. This role will work closely with the Director of SEO, Sr. Technical SEO Specialist, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities across different niches, audiences, and markets. Develop content plans tailored to target keywords and user intent, scaling organic visibility at a cluster level.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content marketing managers and content writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and storefronts. Guide content teams on best practices for meta tags, headings, internal linking, entity optimization, and keyword placement.
  • Content Creation & Planning: Develop briefs that integrate AEO-friendly FAQs, semantic coverage for GEO engines, and SEO recommendations for blog posts and campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor content strategies, identify gaps, and recommend actionable tactics to outpace competition in organic search.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using analytics tools. Create reports to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Localization Support: Partner with translation services and manage SEO optimization for multilingual pages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, engineering, and creative teams to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content-driven SEO roles.
  • Experience with AI Overview optimization and schema/entity SEO.
  • Expertise in topical & keyword research, on-page optimization, and creating detailed content briefs.
  • Experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Surfer, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to align SEO with customer needs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of international SEO best practices.
