We’re seeking an SEO Manager to focus on content strategy, keyword optimization, growing our organic presence, and LLM visibility across multiple markets. This role will work closely with the Director of SEO, Sr. Technical SEO Specialist, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities across different niches, audiences, and markets. Develop content plans tailored to target keywords and user intent, scaling organic visibility at a cluster level.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content marketing managers and content writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and storefronts. Guide content teams on best practices for meta tags, headings, internal linking, entity optimization, AI Overview readiness, GEO content structuring, and keyword placement.
  • Content Creation & Planning: Develop briefs that integrate AEO-friendly FAQs, semantic coverage for GEO engines, conversational content formats, calendars, SEO recommendations and frameworks for blog posts, high-impact pages and campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor content strategies in both traditional search and AI-driven surfaces (AEO/GEO), identify gaps, and recommend actionable tactics to outpace competition in organic search.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze organic traffic, rankings, AI Overviews presence, LLM citations and conversions using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console. Create reports to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Localization Support: Partner with translation services and manage SEO optimization for multilingual pages, ensuring alignment with hreflang and international SEO best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, engineering, product, and creative teams to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in content-driven SEO roles, preferably for large-scale or international websites.
  • Experience with AI Overview optimization, schema/entity SEO, and generative engine ranking factors.
  • Expertise in topical & keyword research, on-page optimization and creating detailed content briefs with product positioning.
  • Experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Surfer, Ahrefs, ContentKing and Google Search Console.
  • Experience working with large content teams and publishing SEO Optimized conversion focused content at scale.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to align SEO with customer needs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), or similar.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and presenting strategies.
  • Knowledge of international SEO best practices, including optimizing for multiple languages and regions.
  • Experience creating weekly and monthly reports for business leadership.
  • Experience managing link vendors/contractors, digital PR agencies running performance driven link campaigns.
