The Role
We are looking for a driven Associate Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) to join our expanding Corporate Immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a specialist career in a high-growth, commercially focused area of law. No previous immigration experience is required – full training and supervision will be provided.
As part of our commitment to work-life balance and modern working practices, we do not time-record, and employees also have the option to work a 9-day fortnight.
About the Role
You will support a wide range of corporate clients, from start-ups to multinational organisations, helping them navigate the UK’s business immigration framework. Working closely with senior lawyers and caseworkers with hands-on experience advising on sponsorship, global mobility, compliance and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a broad range of corporate immigration matters under supervision.
- Drafting UKVI applications, legal documents, advice notes and client correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and contributing to team know-how and precedents.
- Managing client relationships and communicating complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Supporting business development, networking and cross-firm collaboration.
- Delegating to and supervising junior team members where appropriate.
- Contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives.
