In this role, you’ll not only help keep our gardens vibrant and healthy—you’ll also play a key part in supporting and mentoring people with learning difficulties and disabilities as they work alongside you.

- What You’ll Do
- Lead the team: Carry out regular garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and seasonal tasks.
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely, modelling best practice for others.
- Work alongside individuals with learning difficulties and disabilities, offering guidance, encouragement, and hands‑on training in horticultural tasks.
- Adapt tasks to suit different abilities, ensuring everyone can participate meaningfully, safeguarding the clients and report any issues.
- Transportation in the van; a clean driving licence is essential.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment for all team members.
