We are exclusively partnered with a leading player in the Test and Measurement sector to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role that blends traditional administration with creative marketing responsibilities.
About The Role
You will work closely with the Sales Director and sales team to support operations across the UK and Europe. The role involves customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, and marketing activities including managing branding, social media, brochures, website, and campaigns. Your contributions will be key to the team’s success, whether solving customer queries, preparing marketing materials, or organizing international product shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for customer inquiries and orders
- Process sales and test lab orders accurately
- Liaise with couriers and customers on shipping and delivery
- Maintain and update systems (Salesforce, SAGE training provided)
- Assist with branding, brochures, and digital content
- Support marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters
- Contribute to website development and exhibition presence
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales support, administration, or marketing roles
- Creative flair with design skills (WordPress, Dreamweaver, Adobe tools a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Full UK driving license
