We are currently recruiting Production/Warehouse Operatives for a full-time role starting soon. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering stable hours and long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Location: Dunstable

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical products to required standards
• Using hand tools and basic electrical components
• Working on production or assembly lines
• Following manufacturing instructions and safety procedures
• Conducting basic product checks and reporting faults
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
• Meeting daily targets and maintaining quality output

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Basic electrical knowledge or experience working with electrical components
• Confident using tools and carrying out hands‑on assembly work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
