Interaction Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assembly Operative to join our client in Dunstable. The successful candidate will have experience in assembly and a strong understanding of using various tools to complete assembly tasks and will join on a temp2perm basis. The role involves working as part of a team to assemble products, ensuring high-quality standards and safety practices are followed at all times.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:0
Pay Rate: £12.21
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct routine checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow quality control processes to ensure all products meet the required standards.
- Report any defects or issues in materials or equipment to the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets.
