Newett Homes is seeking a Senior Planning professional to shape the company’s growth. You will oversee planning applications, coordinate with an in-house Design team, external consultants and Local Authorities to drive high-quality developments and timely approvals.
The role involves appraisals, pre-application work, appeals, budget management and regular updates to support the business plan. A RTPI-accredited planning degree and 3–4 years in a similar role are expected.
