We have several opportunities to join a dynamic and exciting developer of choice, who is passionate about building quality homes in sought after locations around Yorkshire. We are looking for organised and motivated Assistant Site Managers in upcoming sites across the Yorkshire area to join our growing team.
What You Will Do
- You will assist the Site Manager to lead and manage the assigned development when the Site Manager isn't available, supervising the site to prepare the development from the pre-construction stage to successful build completion within agreed budgets and timeframes for customer move in dates.
- You will drive a productive and customer focused working environment whilst adhering to safety regulations, high quality standards and meeting all project requirements through to post-build responsibilities.
- You will effectively communicate across departments to ensure the customer journey plan is followed throughout and provide effective assistance to the Site Manager and supervision of the site to drive the overall success of each site.
What You Will Have
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding.
- Experience working to NHBC standards.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- SMSTS Certified (preferred).
- First Aid trained.
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety legislation and an advocate for adhering to H&S regulations and procedures.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
