We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high‑level support to our C‑suite and ensure the smooth running of our Head Office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently represent senior leaders internally and externally.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential, proactive support to the C‑suite
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, meetings and Board administration
  • Coordinate reports, papers and documents to a high professional standard
  • Oversee office operations, reception, facilities and suppliers
  • Support HR administration including onboarding, absence and employee files
  • Lead internal events and assist with key business projects
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders

About You

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting senior leadership
  • Outstanding organisation, communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Discretion, professionalism and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience managing admin staff (desirable)
  • Knowledge of HR administrative processes (desirable)
