Senior National Account Manager β Coleman, Campingaz

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of driving profitable growth across our Outdoor & Recreation segment. You\βll lead a part of the team of field-based Account Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for brands like Coleman, Campingaz and others.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver against all KPIs by meeting and exceeding sales targets annually, quarterly, and monthly, including discount rates, conversion, ATV, shrinkage, and people costs.
- Own and manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L accountability.
- Build strategic partnerships with key resellers and customers.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Plan, set up, manage, and attend trade shows and customer events locally to attract prospective customers and new business, reach sales targets, and represent the portfolio of brands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow market share.
- Lead the team to execute new product launches and 12-month rolling promotions, ensuring strong brand presence in stores and online.
- Responsible for the timely execution, in collaboration with the team, of future ranges and obtaining pre-season orders from customers (up to 12 months in advance) due to the seasonality of the O&R segment.
- Drive excellence in forecasting, availability, and promotional execution.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and ethical standards.

Minimum:
- Proven experience in a sales/commercial role or senior key account role within the outdoor and recreation industry.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset.
- Demonstrated success in delivering account growth and managing business plans.
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
