Your Role and Team in a Nutshell
As Program Manager, you will lead New Product Development projects for our Kitchen business, with a focus on the Beverage category.
You will guide cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process from concept to commercial launch, helping bring innovative products to market.
You will work closely with colleagues in Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Leadership, using clear plans, sound judgement and strong relationships to keep projects moving.
We will support your development through regular feedback and access to online learning.
- Your Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead medium- to high-complexity product development projects from initiation through launch.
- Create clear project plans including integrated schedules, key milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
- Drive delivery against agreed scope, cost, quality, timing and budget objectives.
- Bring teams together through effective meetings, clear communication and practical follow-up.
- Manage risk early by identifying issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating where needed.
- Support stage-gate governance through accurate documentation, status reporting, change control and decision records.
- Influence without direct authority by building trust and holding project contributors accountable to commitments.
- Improve how projects are delivered by reviewing launch outcomes and recommending practical improvements for future work.
- What You’ll Need
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated project or programme management experience, including product development projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing several projects at the same time.
- Strong scheduling capability, including work breakdown structures, dependencies, critical path management and recovery planning.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, Project Online and Share Point (Power BI would be a plus).

- Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Experience in beverage appliances, consumer products or manufacturing.
