Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an International Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of Crockpot brand strategy, pricing and innovation plans, while shaping a strong and balanced product portfolio. You will play a key role in building consumer demand and market share, grounded in deep consumer, product, and market understanding. You will work closely with global brand team and local marketing teams to help ensure that Crockpot continues to connect with consumers through relevant, consistent and impactful communication. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key brand, category or portfolio initiatives to engage target consumers effectively.
  • Support distribution planning, including merchandising and channel assortment, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.

Insights and Data

  • Build a strong understanding of categories, consumers and competitors using internal and external data to inform decisions.
  • Provide regional market insights and recommend actions based on consumer needs and category performance.

Product Development

  • Support the creation of robust business cases and contribute to the innovation pipeline and stage-gate process.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities, balancing launches, discontinuations and extensions across the portfolio.

Brand Communication

  • Deliver clear and consistent brand communications, including packaging, materials and external messaging.
  • Support annual brand planning and manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring assets are delivered on time.

Pricing

  • Analyse market data and shopper insights to recommend pricing strategies and structure across products and categories.
  • Support pricing reviews and promotional planning to maximise value and align with consumer behaviour.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven marketing experience within a branded CPG or FMCG environment.
  • Experience working in an international organisation, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across different countries.
  • Confident using data and insights to understand performance and shape marketing plans.
  • Able to build commercial business cases and work with profit and loss (P&L).
  • Experience launching new products and managing a product portfolio.
