As a Digital Advertising Associate, you will manage digital advertising finance processes, support campaign execution, and collaborate with various teams to optimize performance of digital advertising on the Amazon platform. You will be part of a dynamic EMEA eCommerce team, which acts as the Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital advertising finance processes, including purchase orders (PO) creation in SAP Ariba, OAR tracking, invoice reconciliation, and ensuring budgetary compliance and audit readiness.
  • Assist with the preparation of campaign wrap-up reports, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and internal performance updates.
  • Maintain internal tracking documents (e.g., budget trackers, campaign calendars, weekly scorecards) to ensure operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Support the conception, planning, and execution of digital media activations across Amazon.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of a full-funnel marketing approach to accelerate growth on Amazon.
  • Collaborate closely with the media agency to deliver planned ad spend targets, optimize spend efficiency, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., CIQ, Amazon Marketing Cloud) to extract insights, build reports, and inform optimization strategies.
  • Identify and test new media formats, innovations, and beta opportunities with Amazon Ads.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: eCommerce Marketing teams, Content teams, Amazon Ads account teams, Analytics & Insights, and Finance teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest Amazon media best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in digital media/shopper marketing in eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools regarding digital media performance data and insights (e.g., CIQ or similar).
  • Good command of MS Excel (incl. pivot tables and vlookup function).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally internationally.
