Newell & Wright Transport are a family run company operating since 1974 and are one of the leading transport companies in South Yorkshire, transporting freight containers by road and rail to customers across the UK. We serve many blue-chip companies as well as the largest globally recognized container shipping lines. We currently run a fleet of 190 vehicles from Sheffield and Ilkeston, along with our two established rail heads located in Sheffield and Rotherham.

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be opening a container terminal in Widnes with 15 brand new articulated vehicles as part of our continued investment in the business. The new depot will enhance our regional coverage, increasing the capacity and capability of our operation. It will deliver further efficiencies to our operations and provide enhanced local customer service benefits.
