Overview
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will help bring Rubbermaid Commercial Products and new product ideas to market across EMEA. You’ll support end-to-end product development and create practical tools that enable sales success, while building deep product knowledge as a day-to-day contact. You’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to translate market insights into tangible launches and category actions. This role offers development through feedback and training, with a meaningful impact on product adoption and market growth.

Responsibilities
- NPD/EPD execution: support end-to-end product development from brief to launch and post-launch review
- Coordinate timelines, product information, approvals, samples and launch materials for timely market delivery
- Category management and reporting: assist assortment reviews, SKU analysis, performance tracking and competitor monitoring
- Produce reports and market insights to support the EMEA strategic plan
- Cross-functional and global collaboration: partner with EMEA, international and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions
- Gather market and customer insights, support trials and ensure local market requirements are represented
- Commercial enablement, product knowledge and training: develop sales tools, presentations and training materials to drive brand activation
- Act as a product expert, guiding internal stakeholders on features, benefits and applications
- Operational support and reporting: assist execution of the EMEA plan and inventory reporting / stock management analysis
Key requirements
- Experience in product, channel or brand marketing with sales collaboration
- Experience supporting physical-product launches, innovation or lifecycle activity
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel ~20% of the time
- Proactive, hands-on mindset
