Graphic Designer – eCommerce

Location: London (Hammersmith), UK

Reports to: eCommerce Graphics & Photography Manager

Contract type: Permanent

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring your creative flair to life across global e‑commerce platforms. You’ll craft pixel‑perfect visuals, motion graphics and edit videos to elevate our digital shelf presence. Collaborating with brand, marketing and content teams, you’ll shape engaging assets for EMEA and ANZ markets. You’ll work with iconic brands like Parker, Sharpie, Breville, NUK, Yankee Candle and many others, blending design with innovation, including AI tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain e‑commerce digital assets – web banners, product images, landing pages – for global markets (EMEA & ANZ).
  • Design pixel‑perfect graphics for retailer websites and internal platforms.
  • Retouch and edit product photography using Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Create motion graphics and video edits for product videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, following brand style guides.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – designers, copywriters, trade marketers, brand leaders – to execute creative campaigns.
  • Optimise and localise content for regional markets using translations and appropriate assets.
  • Handle high‑volume design requests for multiple brands while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Use automation tools and asset storage platforms to streamline workflow.
  • Continuously improve design processes and stay up to date with design trends and user‑centric approaches.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to create and enhance imagery and video content.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience creating e‑commerce digital assets (e.g., Amazon, retailer sites).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Skilled in photo retouching and editing for product imagery.
  • Experience in motion graphics and short‑form video editing.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
