Your Role and Team in a Nutshell

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will lead the growth of a portfolio of well-known home brands, including Yankee Candle, Breville, Crockpot, Spontex and Sistema, on Amazon. You will shape portfolio strategy, demand planning, customer activation and innovation launches, turning brand ambitions into profitable growth across EMEA. Leading a team of three, you will inspire strong performance, build capability and deliver impactful marketing execution. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and constant access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build annual, quarterly and monthly commercial marketing plans by brand, market and customer.
  • Turn brand strategies into customer and channel plans that improve distribution, visibility, conversion and sales performance.
  • Lead marketing activity for Amazon across the Home portfolio, including key shopping events such as Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Shape the portfolio strategy across home fragrance, home appliances, Spontex and Sistema, using customer, category and competitor insight.
  • Plan product launches, making sure content, product set-up, media, stock and promotional support are ready before launch.
  • Track performance, risks and opportunities, then recommend clear actions to improve results.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver joined-up campaigns and customer activation.
  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports, setting clear priorities, responsibilities and development goals.

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, eCommerce, category management or commercial marketing.
  • Experience managing consumer brands within fast-moving consumer goods, consumer durables or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon as a retail and eCommerce platform.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, advertising and promotion spend, and commercial performance reporting.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing team members.
