The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a QME Manager, you will support the SR QA Manager with planning, implementation and continuous improvement of our QME system across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will help strengthen quality standards at our sites and support the rollout of our company-wide operating system for continuous improvement called PEAK. You’ll work independently, supporting local teams and help drive high performance across our manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site support to operational sites across EMEA and APAC.
- Plan, coordinate and implement QME process rollouts at selected sites.
- Offer ongoing support for all QME related activities and deployments.
- Help create and further develop our QME criteria with the QME systems owner.
- Carry out on-site visits to deliver coaching, guidance, and practical support to local teams.
- Take part in phase assessments and contribute to improvement plans.
- Provide support and guidance for ISO 9001 related topics within our sites.
- Assist in creating company quality documents, including manuals, procedures and standard operating instructions.
- Provide cover for the Senior QA Manager when needed, ensuring smooth decision-making and continuity.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the ability to operate within standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- ISO 9001 experience.
- Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Willing to travel 50-60% of the time across EMEA & APAC regions, sometimes on short notice.

- Working knowledge of SAP, MiniTab or JMP and quality analytical tools, SPC etc.
