The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm leads, who have enquired through one of our multiple adverts

  • Work with potential students to understand which course would best suit their goals and walk them through the package they’ll receive

  • You’ll be responsible for enrolling new students onto their chosen course or career program.

  • Working 5 days a week on a rota basis including some evenings and weekends

  • Work to a mandatory script to follow FCA guidelines

  • Provide clear, concise and prompt information to potential learners in a way that will follow a TCF approach.

  • Previous sales experience would be an advantage, preferably in a contact center environment

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets

  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets (desirable)
