Salary: £12-18/hr after elite employer bookings; £13 hourly guaranteed with commission for every employer booked. 12 EVENTS = FULL SUMMER WORK.

Responsibilities:

  • HOSTESSES (Priority) – Door greetings, VIP employer pitches, crowd flow.
  • EVENT OPS LEAD – Rotas, booth management, H&S (Wagamama/bar exp ideal).
  • REGISTRATION ADMIN – Check-ins, CV collection (office/HR exp perfect).
  • SALES EXECS – Close employer booths on-site (£50-150 tickets + commission).
  • MARKETING ASSISTANTS – Social media live posts, candidate attraction.
  • DIGITAL/WEB DESIGNERS – Event pages, QR campaigns, Google Forms setup.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE – Employer/candidate support, query resolution.
  • SETUP CREW/SECURITY/TECH – Full operational support.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable with phone and email outreach.
