Responsibilities include:

  1. Identify emerging threats and design strategies across multiple systems to mitigate fraud.
  2. Analyze data to identify risks and develop effective strategies.
  3. Maintain, design, and assess the efficiency of existing strategies.
  4. Lead initiatives with internal and external partners to prevent fraud.
  5. Ensure customer-centric approach in all activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL & Python for data analysis.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, energetic, with a proactive approach to emerging fraud threats.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem and fraud experience.
  • Background in analytics with data science tools (e.g., Graph Analytics, Python).
  • Knowledge of credit card, finance sectors, or experience in Financial Services.
  • Experience with fraud detection tools like Falcon, Featurespace, ThreatMetrix, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
