As a Specialist, Commercial FP&A, you'll be at the heart of that activity, partnering with senior leaders to provide meaningful insight that supports growth, prioritisation and value creation.

You'll help shape future business plans and provide the analysis and challenge that enables teams to make informed decisions.

How you'll contribute Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for the Credit Business, helping the business make informed strategic and operational decisions.

Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting that highlights key drivers, trends, opportunities and risks.

Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts and planning tools, including supporting the ongoing development of Anaplan.

Provide commercial challenge and guidance on business proposals and initiatives to maximise value delivery.

We're looking for these essential skills A highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of work and proactively delivers improvements to achieve objectives and deliver results The ability to translate financial data into clear, meaningful insight that supports business decision-making.

Strong financial planning, forecasting and modelling skills, with the ability to analyse complex information and identify key drivers of performance.

Experience building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.

The ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance audiences.

A recognised accountancy qualification, or equivalent professional financial qualification, alongside a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.

It's a plus if you also have these skills Knowledge of financial services, lending, payments or regulated business environments.

Experience working with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan.
