Join our Embedded Finance team as a Marketing Manager and shape the campaigns and customer journeys that power customer engagement from day one. You’ll turn commercial priorities into insight led, multi-channel campaigns that drive product adoption, boost early engagement, and keep customers coming back throughout their lifecycle.

Working at the heart of a fast moving, collaborative team, you’ll partner with Product, Analytics, Legal, Brand, and Partnerships to deliver standout communications that are creative, compliant, and commercially impactful. From onboarding experiences to lifecycle campaigns, you’ll play a key role in influencing customer behaviour, improving portfolio performance, and helping customers get the most from our products.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Turn first impressions into lasting loyalty by crafting standout onboarding journeys that help customers master their account, unlock product benefits, and feel confident using finance responsibly.
  • Own engaging lifecycle campaigns that bring new features to life, raise the creative bar, and keep our products front of mind at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Dive into campaign performance data, uncover actionable insights, and continuously optimise engagement, conversion, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Product, Partnerships, Data Analytics, Legal, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver seamless, customer-first campaigns and experiences.
  • Build strong retailer relationships by acting as a trusted marketing partner, driving joint initiatives that align partner goals with customer needs.
  • Deliver high impact campaigns that drive repeat spend and brand awareness — managing budgets, approvals, and cross-team collaboration while championing innovation across Marketing & Communications.

We're looking for these essential skills:

  • Strong multi-channel campaign experience, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, building customer journeys, and supporting automated marketing programmes.
  • Creative campaign development skills, with experience taking ideas from brief through to final assets, working closely with creative teams to deliver engaging communications.
  • Data driven mindset, able to track performance, interpret key metrics, and clearly demonstrate the impact of marketing activity.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Data Analytics, Brand, and Legal, and thriving in a fast paced environment.

It’s a plus if you also have these skills:

  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and challenger brands across credit, banking, and financial services — bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking into every campaign.
  • Craft compelling, high-impact copy with a strong eye for messaging and design that cuts through the noise and makes communications stand out.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments, balancing creativity with strong governance and compliance awareness.
  • Get hands-on with HTML and platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, optimise, and elevate campaign performance.
  • Lead data driven test and learn strategies using tools such as UserZoom to validate ideas, uncover insights, and continuously improve customer experiences.
