Delivering internal and external communications across a wide range of channels, you'll be helping people understand what makes NewDay a brilliant place to work and a leading provider of consumer credit in the UK.

How you'll contribute:

  • Upkeep of our communication channels (such as intranet, events, corporate website, LinkedIn), ensuring content is accurate and on time.
  • Suggest creative ideas to continuously improve our content.
  • Event coordination, including organisation, communication and post-event follow-up.
  • Produce clear, compelling and accurate communications and assist in the delivery of campaigns.
  • Prepare communications to managers, ensuring they are well prepared and informed to be able to lead teams effectively.
  • Effective use of AI tools to make how we work simpler and make it easier for colleagues to access the information they need.
  • Manage incoming requests and provide operational support, ensuring queries are logged and followed up.
