We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Junior Developer to join our team in Bournemouth to contribute across the full development lifecycle. Our cutting-edge e-commerce widget enables retailers to seamlessly integrate online credit as a payment option and it’s already powering major growth across the UK. How You’ll Contribute
- Fix bugs, optimise performance, and strengthen a live production codebase
- Support merchants integrating our finance module into their e-commerce platforms
- Assist with onboarding new merchants and collaborate closely with support teams
- Maintain clear documentation and follow engineering best practices
We’re Looking For These Essential Skills
- Strong PHP backend fundamentals confident building, debugging and enhancing server-side applications
- Solid JavaScript skills writing clean, maintainable, modern JS for production environments
- Hands-on experience with React developing responsive, component-driven frontends
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with PHP Unit tests
It’s a plus if you also have these skills
- Experience working on e-commerce or payment/FinTech products
- Understanding of modern web architecture building scalable, high-performing e-commerce solutions
