In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fast-moving business where you’ll see the entire credit lifecycle end-to-end. You’ll gain cradle-to-grave exposure, from first point‑of‑contact lending decisions through to collections strategy, whilst working closely with teams across the business to understand and present the 'why' behind decisions.
How you’ll contribute:
- Deliver forward‑looking portfolio forecasts across our near prime products
- Analyse impairment drivers, investigate ad‑hoc issues, and provide actionable insight into emerging trends across the credit book
- Develop and structure reporting that explains portfolio movements, identifies key drivers, and supports strategic decision‑making
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to validate data, interpret insights, and continuously improve forecasting accuracy and portfolio understanding
We’re looking for these essential skills:
- Proficiency with Python and/or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience in presenting insights through clear data visualisation and communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy focused
It’s a plus if you also have these skills:
- Experience working in a Credit risk environment
- Experience within a regulated financial services organisation
