Lead the performance, growth and strategic direction of NewDay's enterprise embedded finance partnerships, including high-profile propositions such as AO Finance and Argos Pay. You'll own the partnership growth strategy and commercial performance across the portfolio, balancing customer outcomes, partner value and NewDay's revenue and profitability ambitions. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape how embedded finance evolves across some of the UK's best-known brands.

You'll lead strategic relationships, influence product and customer strategy, own portfolio P&L and investment decisions, and bring together teams across Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Conduct Risk, Legal, Technology and Finance to unlock sustainable growth. You'll combine commercial ambition with strong customer, risk and regulatory judgement to create long-term value for NewDay, our partners and their customers.

How you'll contribute

  • Define and deliver the embedded finance partnership growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, expanding the portfolio and increasing customer engagement.
  • Lead commercial and customer growth, improving acquisition, engagement, retention and unit economics while maintaining strong customer, governance and compliance outcomes.
  • Shape customer journeys and operational performance, working across functions to deliver improvements that enhance conversion, efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Build and lead senior relationships with strategic partners, driving alignment on growth plans, leading commercial negotiations and ensuring effective partnership governance.
  • Own portfolio P&L performance, forecasting and investment decisions, using insight and analysis to manage risk, prioritise opportunities and maximise long-term value.
