Responsibilities
- Maintain communication channels (intranet, events, corporate website, LinkedIn), ensuring content is accurate and on time.
- Suggest creative ideas to continuously improve content.
- Coordinate events, including organization, communication, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Produce clear, compelling, and accurate communications and assist in campaign delivery.
- Prepare communications for managers, ensuring they are well prepared to lead teams effectively.
- Use AI tools to simplify work processes and make information more accessible to colleagues.
- Manage incoming requests and provide operational support, ensuring queries are logged and followed up.
Required Skills
- Excellent personal communication skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data to improve output.
- Curious, organized, self‑motivated, and able to work across a variety of projects.
- Experience in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, content creation, or events.
- Early in career, recent graduate, or career changer accepted.
