We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team. We offer set shifts per week and have days and night packages available. You are always in one client's home for your shift, ensuring consistency for you and the client you care for. We also offer flexible ad hoc shifts including days and waking nights.
This role involves delivering person-centered care within a client's home, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained. We offer a range of adult and paediatric care packages, as well as mental health packages - providing high quality support whilst building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Your responsibilities:
- Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
- Companionship: Offering warmth, kindness and a friendly face

- Medication support: Safe, timely administration of medication

What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)
- Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility (moving and handling)
- The right to work in the UK
- Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales)
- Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
