Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in residential childcare settings in Lydden. This is a rewarding role supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will help create a safe, stable environment where young people feel valued and heard.

Your role:

  • As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will provide day to day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling within a residential care setting.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.

  • Being a driver and/or having regular access to a vehicle is advantageous as some clients are in remote places away from public transport.
