We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in South Molton. What you’ll do
- Deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community.
- Help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.
What you need
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
- Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) - not required in England.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
