Pay: £13.90-£16.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

Your role
You\’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day-to-day life, emotional well-being, and general mentorship and support. You\’ll:
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Encourage independence and daily routines
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Be a steady, caring presence – someone they can count on
What we\’re looking for
- 6+ months of full-time care experience (in the last 3 years)
- At least 3 months\’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
- Right to work in the UK
- A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude
