Who Are You? As a Recruitment Lead, you’ll play a vital role in building a highly skilled, compassionate healthcare workforce that delivers outstanding care across the UK. You’ll be the first point of connection between Newcross and our future healthcare heroes — ensuring they’re not just qualified, but inspired and ready to become true brand ambassadors . What Will You Do? Lead end-to-end recruitment of top-tier candidates across a variety of healthcare specialisms, including NHS and Ofsted roles. Deliver a professional, efficient, and compliant recruitment experience from application to onboarding. Use your people skills to build excitement, trust, and commitment in every applicant interaction. Conduct interviews with precision, ensuring all documentation and regulatory checks are spot-on from the start (Right to Work, DBS/PVG/Access NI). Leverage the latest tech and tools to streamline processes and improve candidate journeys. Exceed recruitment targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment — ideally within healthcare, sales, customer service, or similar.
