Reporting to: Director of Nursing and Quality

Location: Bristol (hybrid – Bristol office 2-3 days per week)

Salary: ÂŁ26,500 per annum + up to 10% annual bonus

You’re the go-to person for trend analysis, compliance reporting, and supporting teams across the business with the information they need, when they need it. You bring energy and precision to everything from policy management and audit prep to regulatory admin and those all-important ad hoc challenges. What will you do?

  • Drive the creation of high-impact reports on complaints, incidents, audits, and accomplishments.
  • Tailor region-specific reports that directly support clinical governance, SMT, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Uncover key trends through data analysis to influence improvements across the business.
  • Lead the production of quality assurance audits and insightful management reports.
  • Support governance and quality initiatives like Community Care and Healthforce surveys.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly compliance reports to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Proactively identify and communicate actions to resolve compliance issues.
  • Help maintain the Policy Library and support the policy review cycle.
  • Assist with key regulatory processes including capacity trackers, registration updates, and quality care reporting (CIW).
  • Support NMC hearing reviews and contribute to structured complaints reporting for patient safety.
  • Develop reports to power informed decisions at clinical governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand and deliver on specific reporting needs.
  • Prepare monthly board slides covering audits, complaints, referrals, and regulatory updates.
  • Support a wide range of audits including Visa audits, registration audits (SCW/SSSC/NISCC), and quarterly referral audits.
  • Contribute to initiatives like Stay Safe meetings, learning reviews, welcome calls, and weekly RCNi updates.
  • Provide vital Excel and ad hoc reporting support across departments.
  • Act as a key liaison between IT, Compliance, and Training teams to align reporting systems and processes.
  • Support and train end-users to interpret and utilize reports effectively.
  • Manage and support team administrators, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in system administration and report generation.
  • Proficient in the use of systems such as ICE and CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
