Shift pattern:

  • Client 1 (PL9): Every Friday and alternative Saturdays - Waking nights - 21:00 - 07:00
  • Client 2 (PL9): Week 1 - 08:00 - 12:00 & 18:00 - 22:00 | Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 | Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00; Week 2: Monday: 18:00 - 22:00
  • Client 3 (PL14): Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 20:30 - 06:30; Thursday: 19:30 - 06:30

About the role:

This is a long term, consistent placement supporting one client in their own home and within the community. Due to the location of our client's home, you should have a full UK driving licence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support.
  • Assist with an exercise programme and mobility needs.
  • Prepare meals and drinks.
  • Support with light administrative tasks.
  • Drive and accompany the client to work and community activities.
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times.

What you need:

  • At least six months of paid UK care experience, or relevant personal care experience.
  • Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Good spoken and written English.
