- Week 1: Monday: 08:30 - 16:00 & 18:00 - 22:00 | Wednesday: Waking night 22:00 - 08:00 | Friday: 08:30 - 16:00 & 18:00 - 22:00 | Saturday: 08:30 - 16:00 & 18:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 08:00 (Waking night), Sunday: 18:00 - 22:00
- Week 2: Thursday: 08:30 - 16:00
About the role:

This is a long term, consistent placement supporting one client in their own home and within the community.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Assist with an exercise programme and mobility needs.
- Prepare meals and drinks.
- Support with light administrative tasks.
- Drive and accompany the client to work and community activities.
- Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times.
What you need:
- At least six months of paid UK care experience, or relevant personal care experience.
- Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
