About the role: Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Swansea to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.

Your responsibilities:
- Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
- Support people with daily routines, shopping, cooking, personal care and life skills.

What you need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
- Experience in supporting people with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
- PMVA trained (desirable).
