Supporting independence every day. <\/h3>As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence. <\/p>Your duties will include: <\/b> <\/p>Personal care and daily support <\/li>Friendly companionship and emotional support <\/li>Live -in care for clients who need round the clock help <\/li>Encouraging independence and choice <\/li>Safe medication support <\/li>Assisting with complex and specialist care needs <\/li>Palliative and end of life care with compassion <\/li><\/ul>What we are looking for <\/h3>At least 3 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK <\/li>Confidence supporting people with limited mobility <\/li>The right to work in the UK <\/li>Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential.
