Your role:
You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day-to-day life, emotional well-being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Encourage independence and daily routines
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ months of full-time care experience (in the last 3 years)
- At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
- Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England).
- Right to work in the UK
- A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude
