Pay Rate: Up to £28.13 per hour (including holiday pay)
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be providing vital support to service users in care homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the wider clinical team. The role involves delivering compassionate personal care, assisting with daily tasks in line with your training and competency, including taking observations, supporting wound care, collecting specimens, assisting with catheter and stoma care, and contributing to ongoing monitoring of patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing.

Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last 3 years, working in a Senior Healthcare Assistant role. Proven experience managing a shift in a care home setting is required. SVQ LEVEL 3 Qualification with proven experience in medication administration.
