Your role:
- You will work in a residential care setting, supporting children with daily life, emotional wellbeing, and guidance.
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect.
- Encourage independence and daily routines.
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
- Be a steady and caring presence.
What we are looking for:
- Six months of full-time care experience in the last three years.
- At least three months’ experience working with children or young people in the last three years.
- Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude.
