What will you do

  • Give person centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
  • Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
  • Offer emotional support and promote independence.

What you need

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
  • An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Qualities such as integrity, respect and empathy.
