- Set the vision – Define and lead a unified product and technology strategy aligned to business growth
- Drive product impact – Deliver customer‑centric products that create measurable value
- Lead technology – Build scalable, secure platforms and champion modern innovation (cloud, AI, data)
- Unite teams – Create strong collaboration between Product and Engineering with shared ownership
- Deliver at pace – Ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery with clear KPIs and outcomes
- Manage risk – Strengthen security, governance, and compliance
- Influence stakeholders – Advise senior leaders and drive adoption of change
- Build capability – Develop high‑performing, inclusive teams and future leaders
What we’re looking for
- You’re a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and business.
- Proven experience in a senior Product and/or Technology leadership role
- Strong track record in product strategy, roadmap delivery, and innovation
- Deep understanding of modern software engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies
- Ability to connect product vision with technical execution and business value
- Commercially astute, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Confident working with Boards and senior stakeholders
- An inspiring leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Experience driving digital transformation and building high‑performing teams
