What you need Right to work in the UK.
At least six months of paid UK care experience in the last three years.
Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC.
This is not required in England.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
