Shift patterns: 07:45 - 20:00 | Staff must be able to commit to working a 2 week rolling rota.

This role will include supporting a nurse during the day.

Your role: Supporting independence every day. As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

Your duties will include:

  • Personal care and daily support
  • Friendly companionship and emotional support
  • Live-in care for clients who need round the clock help
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Safe medication support
  • Assisting with complex and specialist care needs
  • Palliative and end of life care with compassion

What we are looking for:

  • At least 6 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
  • Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
  • Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
  • Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
