The predicted salary is between 17.5 - 17.5 £ per hour.

Pay: £14.58 to £17.50 per hour

Shifts: Flexible shifts available. Part-time and full-time hours.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
  • Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
  • Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
  • Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days

What we are looking for

  • At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
  • A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
