We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to work within children’s residential services in the Weston-super-Mare area.

Your role as a Residential Support Worker
You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day to day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Your role will include:
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence.
- Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way.
- Being a calm and reliable presence during both good and challenging days.
What we are looking for
- At least six months of full-time care experience within the last three years.
- A minimum of three months’ experience working with children or young people within the last three years.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach.
