Territory Manager in Truro

What you’ll do: <\/span><\/span><\/b>

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory<\/span><\/span>

• Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and bring lapsed clients back on board<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maximise coverage<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Be a Newcross Brand Ambassador, promoting excellence and continuous improvement<\/span><\/span>

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management, or healthcare staffing<\/span><\/span>

  • Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, target -driven environment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Confident using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and performance dashboards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication, problem -solving, and analytical skills<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with high attention to detail<\/span><\/span>
